High performance, high safety and higher profits – there are many reasons to use Danisco feed enzymes. Our current product portfolio tackles the major issues facing pig and poultry feed manufacturers. Countering variations in feed quality is always a challenge. Our enzymes can both reduce feed ingredient variability and enhance digestibility – ensuring pigs and poultry extract optimum nutrition from the feed they consume. Avizyme® – a range of
enzyme blends of amylase, beta-glucanase, protease and xylanase for poultry.
Granular products for use up to 85°C. Alternatively use in liquid form post
pelleting. Combining ingredient knowledge
with enzyme expertise, our range of unique services provide customised
recommendations to ensure maximum value from enzyme use: Enzyme in-feed laboratory assay service for assured quality control of dosing application. Danisco Animal Nutrition Tel: +44 (0) 1672 517777 Email: info.animalnutrition@danisco.com www.danisco.com/animalnutrition
Huvepharma NV is a producer of
a range of solid state (surface) fermentation enzymes (SSF). The process of
production has a number of advantages over enzymes produced from the more
typical submerged fermentation. Hostazym® X – a unique natural multi-enzyme complex produced by solid state fermentation for inclusion in feeds for pigs up to 35kg, broiler, turkey and laying hens as a MicroGranulate, or as a liquid premix, derived from Trichoderma Longibrachiatum. Hostazym® X has its main enzyme activity as Endo-1, 4-beta xylanase with secondary enzyme activities; cellulose, hemicellulase, protease, and alpha- amylase. This multi enzyme product is specifically designed to complement and upgrade the nutritional value of diets rich in pentosans from wheat, Regular addition to the feed leads to improvements in growth; daily live weight gain, feed efficiency and uniformity whilst reducing the incidence of dietary digestive disorders. The unique formulation of Hostazym® X provides ease of homogeneous distribution in the feed minimising feed segregation, excellent stability in both premixes and during feed processing. Usage rates: Hostazym® X 6000 EPU applied at 250g/tonne, Hostazym® X 15.000 EPU applied at 100g/tonne and Hostazym 30,000 EPU applied at 50 gm per tonne will give a minimum requirement of 1500 EPU/ kg for use in pig and broiler feed. Turkey feeds & laying hens: Hostazym® X 6000 EPU applied at 175g/tonne or Hostazym® X 15.000 EPU applied at 70g/tonne and Hostazym® X 30,000 EPU applied at 35gm per tonne will give a minimum requirement of 1050 EPU/ kg for use in turkey and layer feed. Hostazym® suis – a unique natural multi-enzyme complex produced by solid state fermentation for inclusion in pig and broiler feeds as a MicroGranulate premix. The main enzyme activity is endo-1, 4-ß-glucanase with secondary enzyme activities; xylanase, alpha-galactosidase, protease, and alpha- amylase. This multi-enzyme complex is specifically designed to complement barley, wheat, rye, oats, triticale and corn/soyabean meal based feeds for pig diets; prestarter, weaner and growing pigs up to 35kg live weight and is essential for bridging the weaning gap. Regular addition to the feed leads to improvements in growth, daily weight gain, feed efficiency and pig uniformity, by optimising nutrient digestion reducing the influence of Non Starch polysaccharides (NSP) and reducing nitrogen and phosphorus excretion whilst minimising the incidence of dietary digestive disorders. The unique formulation of Hostazym® suis provides ease of homogeneous distribution in the feed minimising feed segregation, excellent stability in both premixes and during feed processing. Usage rates: Hostazym® suis 2000 CU applied at 175g/tonne or Hostazym® suis 5000 CU applied at 70g/tonne will give a minimum requirement of 350 CU/ kg for use in pig feed. Broiler feeds: Hostazym® suis 2000 CU applied at 250g/tonne or Hostazym® suis 5000 CU applied at 100g/tonne will give a minimum requirement of 500 CU/ kg for use in broiler feed.
